Cottage Accommodation

The accommodation is presented to a very high standard and is arranged over three floors.

On entering the cottage there is a beautifully-appointed sitting room with seating for four people. A solid oak floor extends from the sitting room through to the dining area with a table and chairs for four. From the dining area, double doors lead into a well-equipped kitchen and French doors out to the rear courtyard.

Stairs from the sitting room rise to the first floor and a double bedroom with a 4'6" bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, exposed beams and French doors leading out onto a small balcony overlooking the fields. On the landing there are two built-in wardrobes - one double and one single. A large bathroom with a Victorian-style suite leads off the landing with a free-standing cast iron bath, separate power shower, wc with high-level cistern and exposed beams.

Steep stairs rise from the landing to the second floor and a twin bedroom with a chest of drawers and double aspect to the front and side of the cottage.

Please note that the main source of heating is through night storage heaters with a wood-burning stove providing additional heating during the colder periods (logs are supplied free-of-charge).
